It seems ON FIRE is easier to reach for chasers, considering how hard it is to raise the 30 pt hoop any higher while keeping, and how quickly points can add up. At least, it seems easier compared to the 9 DMG and 5 BLK required.
Should Seeking be allowed an option to become ON FIRE? Maybe like 5 SRCH?
Should we consider increasing the PTS requirement? Or decrase DMG or BLK slightly? It just seems Chasing has the best chance of being rewarded, and it doesn't help that our Chasing rolls have been insane this game. So maybe it's all just luck. But, still, something to consider? Especially the Seeking option.

I'm feeling like the benefits of On Fire in its current state end up rewarding high risk high reward play even further. The only option available with a Chaser on fire is to raise goal difficulty and hope the Chaser rolls low. Playing beater and being unable to effect the Chaser across multiple periods feels extremely frustrating.

Alright, so the concept of being On Fire is currently based on high performance. What if instead, it was based on momentum and as such, eventually ends.
One idea for all players: If you succeed at three actions in a row, you are On Fire. While On Fire, you can ignore IP while rolling as if you didn't have any. This effect lasts until you fail a roll.
I think this allows players to be rewarded for making careful plays as well as not being pigeon holed into one specific action. In its current state, each player is incentivized to stick to their primary skill. Supporting teammates in other roles isn't rewarded in the same way.

Seeking definitely needs an opportunity to be "on fire." And I agree that Keeping is still underpowered and we may need to change the amount by which the DC is raised, and the ease of Keepers getting On Fire. The odds of a Beater or a Chaser being On Fire are the same (technically it's slightly easier for a Beater because Chasers DCs can be raised) so it's just luck that two Chasers achieved it, not an imbalance.
Maybe On Fire should just be a Chaser Feat?
